We stand behind our high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

Buyer must contact us for the return & exchange procedures from the Contact Page. Returns shipped without contacting us may not be accepted.

All products returned must be shipped back in the original box, packaged securely with the original packaging materials. 

Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to the furniture before it is received by us.

Human Age Design Studio reserves the right not to accept items that are not in as-new condition with scratches, dents, stains, wear & tear, modifications or any kind of damage due to misuse by the buyer.

The returned item must be shipped within 5 days after the return shipping label is provided. Buyer can drop the returned item off at any UPS location or schedule a UPS pick-up at buyer’s cost. 

Once we receive the returned item in as-new condition, it may take up to 7 days to inspect it and process the refund. 

Buyer will be refunded the purchase amount minus a 10% restocking fee and the return shipping cost if the return item arrives in as-new condition to us. Exchanges are not subject to restocking fee, the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility. 

We accept order cancelation requests until the order is shipped. A 2.9% bank transaction fee will be deducted from the canceled orders. If the payment was made via Affirm a 5.9% bank transaction fee will be deducted. Unshipped orders can be exchanged for another item. If the new item is in a lower value, a bank transaction fee will be applied to the refund amount. The orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

The shipment that shows delivered by the carrier website to the address provided by the buyer becomes the buyer’s responsibility. If you prefer to add Signature Required option at delivery, please let us know with your order number. 

The shipment that is unclaimed or not accepted by the buyer will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

Please inspect your order when received. If there is an issue; damaged, defective or wrong order, contact us within 5 days of delivery, and keep the original box & packaging materials. Damaged items without the original box and packaging materials are not eligible for returns.

We may be able to replace missing or defective parts. 

Due to the characteristic of wood, each of our furniture has its unique color, pattern, texture, knots and lines, and therefore these variances are not subject for returns or exchanges.

With aging, cracks and color changes can occur and they are not considered as defects, and therefore are not subject for returns or exchanges.
